Chiricahua Room (conference center), Central Courtyard, and Casita
Each of our 11 casitas has been uniquely decorated to reflect the natural beauty that surrounds us at Sunglow Ranch. Casitas range in size from single rooms to one- two- or three-bedroom suites with separate living areas and wood burning fireplaces. All casitas have a private bath with Gilchrist and Soames bath products and are equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee/tea maker.

Amenities
WIFI internet access is available throughout the ranch. We have a fire pit that makes for excellent nighttime bonfires, mountain bikes, a horse shoe pit, astronomy pads with electrical outlets, a three-mile, marked hiking trail and a pond for catch-and-release fishing and canoeing. Our conference room, the Chiricahua Room, also serves as a yoga studio, and workshop classroom.
If just sitting back and relaxing is your thing, enjoy the gorgeous views from your own private patio or hang out under our covered porches, taking in the sights and sounds of the wide variety of bird life that makes the ranch its home. Our resident naturalist can help answer questions about the local flora and fauna.
If you are in need of a handicapped accessible casita, please let us know when making your reservations. We will be happy to accommodate you. The restaurant, Sunglow Café, is also handicapped-accessible.
Arizona State Law requires that all public buildings be non-smoking. This includes the casitas, common area and restaurant.
We Welcome Groups
The ranch has been a great venue for family vacations, reunions, workshops, corporate retreats, hiking groups, yoga retreats, and weddings. Our staff has extensive experience in accommodating the special needs of larger groups. Call for special group rates and additional information regarding deposits and cancellations.

- Room Service
We are happy to serve our guests breakfast in their rooms. Guests are also welcome to take their desserts to their rooms and enjoy them in front of their fireplace or on their private patio. Evening turn down service is available on request. - Included Breakfast and Dinner
Your stay includes a hearty breakfast and a three-course, gourmet dinner prepared from scratch in our kitchen and served at the Sunglow restaurant. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when making your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate you. - Refreshments
We offer complementary coffee, lemonade and cookies at 2pm daily on the porch of the Sunglow Cafe. It's the perfect way to relax and enjoy the tranquility of our courtyard after a busy morning of activities.
- Taxes and Gratuity
Local Taxes of 6.05% and a 15% gratuity will be added to your bill at check out. Please note that the gratuity is divided among our staff who make it their priority to provide you with excellent service during your stay. (This gratuity does not include offsite activities provided by outside vendors.) - Deposits/Cancellations
Because our staff plans for your stay well in advance of your arrival, it is necessary to have a 30-day cancellation policy. We will take a one-night deposit at the time of booking the reservation and if you find for some reason you have to cancel prior to the 30-day cancellation period, we will happily refund your entire deposit. For scheduling changes within 30 days prior to your stay, we require a $50 rebooking fee, subject to availability. - Minimum stay
Although we have a two-night minimum stay, many of our guests find that they want more time with us to enjoy all that Sunglow Ranch has to offer. There is so much to see and enjoy. - Transportation
Round-trip transportation to and from Tucson International Airport can be arranged for an additional charge of $375 per full vehicle. Please call to schedule a pick-up at least one week in advance of your arrival. - Pet Policy
We offer two pet friendly rooms: Hummingbird and Coyote. There is a $10 charge/day per pet. We will provide a bowl for food and water and a fleece for the animal to sleep on. We accept most pets but please make arrangements with us during booking so we can best accommodate you. All dogs must be on leash when not in the privacy of your casita. - Horses
We have limited number of pipe corrals with grass hay available for guests who'd like to bring their own horses. Your horse will be fed pellets twice a day. Pens are cleaned daily. There is an additional charge of $20 per horse/day. Please call in advance for reservations, 520-824-3334.
