Also, please note, we are listening to our guests... and we no longer 'service' the rooms during your stay, BUT we will take care of anything at your request, including fresh towels and sheets.	We feature Harney & Sons Teas. You will find them in your casitas and in the dining room. There is also a choice of teas for sale in the dining room that make excellent gifts and fit beautifully into your luggage for traveling. Never be caught without a delicious cup of tea.

Our Pet Policy Has Changed! Jessie (an Australian Shepherd) and Dharma (an AkBash ie Turkish goat herding dog) have made Sunglow their home, as well as the horses, Doc and Blackjack, two burros named Poncho and Frijole, and six geese and numerous other creatures. To be assured that our animals are safe in their home environment, we now ask each individual guest who would like to bring their dog, to please call us first. We recommended that you make your reservations early. Cancellation Policy: If you are booking in advance (up to 2 weeks) we must receive your cancellation within 7 days prior to reservation. Otherwise charges will be made to your credit card for one night. Rates include all taxes and 12% gratuity. Sunglow has adopted a smoke-free policy. Smoking is not allowed in the Casitas. Smoking is banned within twenty feet of all buildings (smoke follows the natural airflow into a building), as stipulated in the Arizona Department of Health Services Guide for Tobacco-free Work Sites.
