Weddings at Sunglow Ranch

At Sunglow Ranch you and your guests will enjoy breathtaking views of sweeping mountain ranges, open pastures and wildlife on our 475 pristine acres abutting the Coronado National Forest. This very private location offers the perfect backdrop for your special day. 

In addition to the natural beauty that surrounds us, the staff at Sunglow Ranch strives to provide the highest level of customer service. Whether you’re looking to host an intimate gathering or a larger affair, our goal is to insure that your wedding will be exactly as you envisioned. 

Along with our in-house executive chef you can customize your menu to fit any style. Plans might include, for example, an alfresco BBQ around our open fire-pit or an elegant, sit-down dinner for 150 guests. Wedding ceremonies and receptions are held year-round at Sunglow Ranch.

Our Venues

The Great Outdoors

Let us help you create the ceremony of your dreams under our 400-year-old oak tree with the peaks of the Chiricahua Mountains in the background. Join your guests for cocktails around the pool or in one of our two beautiful courtyards. The open fields that make up our Ranch can also accommodate up to 200 guests for dinner and dancing.

Sunglow Cafe

Enjoy a gourmet dinner with your guests in the charming cafe at Sunglow Ranch. It is the perfect place for an intimate dinner. The cafe can seat up to 50 people.

Chiricahua Room

Create a warm and elegant setting for your indoor reception without sacrificing the view. Cocktails and dinner can flow from the large open courtyard to our 650-square-foot reception area. The room can accommodate 85 people for an elegant sit-down dinner, brunch or dessert Buffet.

Hors d’Oeuvres Stations

  • Fresh Garden Vegetable Crudités — Assortment of Fresh Vegetables with Creamy Peppercorn and Ranch Dips
  • Bruschetta — Classic Tomato and Basil, Kalamata Olives and Capers, Eggplant and Goat Cheese served on a Sliced Baguette

Complementary Services

Sunglow Ranch will provide a wedding coordinator to assist with all of your wedding details—from the time of booking through your wedding day—at no additional charge.  We will also supply standard white table linens and napkins for up to 200 guests, and the Bridal Suite for the Bride and Groom on the Wedding Night.

We are happy to provide you with a preferred vendor list for your wedding day, including florist, photographers, entertainment, cakes, specialty linens, specialty orders, tents, invitations, transportation, accommodations, and officiants.

Additional Services

We can arrange wine-tasting tours, golf outings, horseback riding, massages, guided hiking tours and star gazing with our on-site astronomer.

Guest Rooms

Sunglow Ranch can accommodate up to 30 of your guests in our ten uniquely appointed casitas. A reduced rate will be offered to your guests. Rooms are subject to availability.

Parking

On-site parking is available. A charge of $150 per 100 guests is applied to the costs of parking attendants.

Pricing

All food and beverage costs are subject to a 15% gratuity, 6.25% meals tax and a 6% administration fee. Ceremony set-up and breakdown is $4.00 per Guest. Reception set-up and break down is $6.00 per Guest. A facility fee of $1,100.00 includes all of our venue options.

Deposits and Payments

A $1,000 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the date and time. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable in the event of cancellation.
